Personal Profile
My name is Ananthu Rapoyil, and I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, affiliated with Kerala Technical University. I have a strong foundation in mechanical design and product development, supported by practical experience and specialized training in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator.
My academic journey has been enriched with real-world engineering challenges. I had the opportunity to work as a Design Engineer Intern at Pureosoul Technology Pvt. Ltd., where I contributed to the design and development of award-winning solar electric and go-kart vehicles. These projects demanded a blend of innovation, precision, and team collaboration, all of which I embraced to help deliver functional and visually appealing products.
Earlier, I completed a hands-on internship at CIPET: Institute of Petrochemicals Technology, where I served as a Lab Assistant. This role exposed me to CNC operations and plastic processing techniques, expanding my understanding of materials and manufacturing processes in the industry.
In addition to my technical experience, I’ve successfully completed certified training programs in CATIA and SolidWorks, equipping me with the ability to create complex 3D models, assemblies, and detailed design documentation. I also participated in national-level competitions like the Solar Electric Vehicle Championship (SEVC) and the Go-Kart Design Challenge (GKDC), earning recognition for acceleration and maneuverability performance in vehicle design.
I am a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure and adapt to new challenges. My goal is to contribute to innovative mechanical design solutions that not only meet technical requirements but also push the boundaries of efficiency and creativity.
I am now looking forward to joining a forward-thinking organization where I can continue to grow as a design engineer and contribute meaningfully to impactful engineering projects.
